Context

Have you ever experienced moving out of the home you've always had as far as you can remember? Have you ever had to seperate yourself with most of your precious souvenirs that contributed into building your home? We know how hard it can be to start over, especially when you have been in the same house for dozens of years. This is why we, the Movers&You Company, hope to accompany and help poeple take the first steps into their new lives, by taking care of all the administrative and moving processes that will occure, and by bringing into this crucial stage the loved ones that shared one's life. We strive to make this transition as smooth and enjoyable as it can be by filing the atmosphere with happiness and excitement by integrating the moving person into every dicision making and process that will be undertaken. Our service will essentially be accompanying Seniors, and will sollely stand as a helping hand and personal adviser that will make this experience become the adventure of a lifetime.

As we know, leaving one stage of your life for another is hard for everyone, regardless of age. Let it be when a newborn student has to leave their parent's home in order to study for their future job or when a senior takes on the heavy charge of leaving their home for a senior community. We understand that change can be very stressful and hard to accept especially for Senior. Thier homes have accumulated countless souvenir and hold a dear meaning in their hearts. For us, one thing matters first and foremost: Avoid Transational Trauma by all means by making the moving out experience a good one to remember. the aging of populations is a world phenomenon that affects most countries nowadays. This demographic transition inflates the numbers in the senior populations internationally. According to the World Health Organization, between 2000 and 2050, the proportion of the world's population over 60 years old will double from about 11% to 22% and the absolute number of people aged 60 years old and over is expected to increase from 605 million to 2 billion over the same period. With the observations made today, we can see clearly that the current evolutions seems to follow up with these projections, and thus entails a growing demand whitin the Senior populations for adapted housing and the complementary supporting services going with it. Seniors from all around the country, and with various different needs will be able to find their solition within our application! From 60 and above, we understand all your needs and strive to satisfy your needs whether you are from the coutry side, the coast, or from the city. The services we offer can be involved in supporting the search of new and adapted housing, the moving out process or the moving in process ... We, the Movers&You Company, decided to provide Seniors with a whole new concept, where we strive to accompany and secure an enjoyable moving out experience for Senior while being present in every stages of the process.

In order to keep our promise of comfort, compagnionship and efficiency during the entire moving out process, we will offer an all round service covering major pain points present in traditional moving out experiences. We are also engaged in proposing new and integrative concepts, to bring into the decision making the client, and to bring into the moving process the clien't family to make it a family experience! This entails, on our side, the management of all administrative obligations related to moving out processes, the organisation and the execution of the moving out activities, and the integration of the client and their family members within the different steps of the process at hand. We will implement all of these actions thanks to a web based plateform where we will be in constant touch with the client, as their personal adviser and their helping hand. The plateform will support administrative action clients will have to undertake (For example new address declarations, truck leasing ...). It will also have an application solely put in place for family members that wish to participate in the moving out process of their loved one (our client). Finally, we also provide survices supporting the move itself (for example additional hands to move boxes, cleaning services ...).

As the worldwide senior population is increasing, phenomena mainly presented as a result of the demographic transition (aging of the population and increase of the global wealth), the demand in housing responding to very specific criteria needed by an older population has been constantly evolving. Nowadays, with this growth of the demand for housing with certain requirements, the opportunity is given for the market to grow and propose new and innovative ways in order to help seniors during their search for their new homes. Here, at HouSenior, We strive to find your perfect house/appartment, and take care of all the hardships you may experience when using traditional ways of apparment/house hunting.
